I have several clients that have moved to Dallas from other state that have required insurance companies to cover or at least offer coverage for domestic partnerships.  In the state of Texas there are no such requirements.  I spent a few moments calling several of my insurance carriers to try and determine their position on domestic partnerships.  The each told me the same thing. "At this time it is not offered in Texas"  Each of them suggested 2 separate policies to cover each person. If you would like to know the specifics of each company then please call.
